多様性から生まれる新たな価値を、人、企業、社会の成長へとつなげる

2026年6月5日（金）、J-Win Executive ネットワーク（JEN）は、駐日オランダ王国大使館公邸にて開催された、女性エンパワメントのためのイベント「Shaping a Future-Proof Women’s Empowerment」を、協働企画しました。

本イベントは、駐日オランダ王国大使、大使夫人をはじめ、大使館関係者の皆さんのご尽力のもと、駐日オランダ大使館、DUJAT（Dutch-Japanese Trade Federation／日蘭貿易連盟）、 J-Win Executive ネットワークのコラボレーションにより実現した企画です。

美しい庭園を有する大使公邸という特別な空間で、日本とオランダ、そして多様なバックグラウンドを持つ参加者が集い、「これからの女性活躍のあり方」をテーマに対話を深める貴重な機会となりました。

プログラムでは、未来のアジェンダに関するパネルディスカッションと、グループでの対話セッションが行われました。

パネルディスカッションで特に印象的だったのは、以下の3つの論点です。

• 女性は未来の経済の「担い手（architect）」である
• リーダーシップの未来は「スローガンではなく仕組み」によって形づくられる
• デジタル化は公平性を前進させるか、逆に見えなくするかを左右する

いずれも、単なる理念ではなく、環境変化を見据えて社会や組織の在り方に踏み込む問いであり、非常に示唆に富むものでした。
また、パネリストの皆様からは、それぞれの率直でリアルなパーソナルジャーニーが共有され、キャリアの転機や葛藤の背景に多くの共感が生まれたことが印象的でした。

続くブレイクアウトセッションでは、参加者同士が自己開示をしながら対話を重ね、国境や立場を越えた「シスターフッド」のような温かいつながりと、大きなエネルギーを得ることができました。
未来志向で持続的に機能する女性エンパワメントのあり方について、参加者同士で目線を合わせることができた、大変有意義な時間となりました。

また、本イベントはDUJAT（Dutch-Japanese Trade Federation／日蘭貿易連盟）のメンバーの訪日に合わせて企画されたものであり、日本とオランダという2つの国の連携の中で、今後もこうした対話を継続し、相互理解をさらに深めながら共に前進していきたいと感じています。

On Friday, June 5, we had the privilege of co-organizing the women’s empowerment event “Shaping a Future-Proof Women’s Empowerment”, held at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
This meaningful event was made possible through the generous efforts of the Ambassador, Madam Ambassador, and the Embassy team, and was organized as a collaboration between the Embassy of the Netherlands, DUJAT (Dutch-Japanese Trade Federation), and the J-Win Executive Network.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Ambassador’s residence and its remarkable garden, the event brought together participants from Japan and the Netherlands, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds, to engage in dialogue on the future of women’s empowerment.
The program featured a panel discussion on future priorities, followed by breakout sessions that encouraged deeper, interactive dialogue.
What particularly stood out were the three core statements that guided the discussion:

Women are architects of the future economy
The future of leadership will be shaped by systems, not slogans
Digitalization will either advance equity or quietly erase it
These statements went beyond conceptual ideals, raising critical questions about how we design societies and organizations in the face of ongoing change.
The panelists shared their candid and deeply personal journeys—highlighting pivotal moments, challenges, and decisions—which resonated strongly with the audience.
During the breakout sessions, participants engaged in open and honest dialogue, sharing their own experiences. This fostered a strong sense of “sisterhood” that transcended borders and roles, leaving us with renewed energy and inspiration.
The discussions provided a valuable opportunity to align perspectives on how to build a future-oriented and sustainable approach to women’s empowerment.
As the event coincided with the visit of DUJAT members to Japan, it also served as an important platform for Japan–Netherlands collaboration. Through this dialogue, we were able to reflect on both shared perspectives and differences, and we look forward to continuing these conversations to deepen mutual understanding and move forward together.
