駐日オランダ大使館で J-Win Executive ネットワーク コラボレーションイベントを行いました
10月9日（木）、J-Win Executive ネットワーク（JEN）は、駐日オランダ王国大使館、Women Bizzとのコラボレーションで、女性のリーダーシップとイノベーション推進に関するイベント「Empowering Women to Lead & Launch」を行いました。会場は駐日オランダ王国大使館です。
本イベントには、人口減少・資源制約・成長の持続可能性といった日蘭両国に共通する社会課題に対し、女性の能力とリーダーシップを活かすことで新たな解決策を生み出すことを目指す、多様な立場の女性リーダーが集まりました。
日本からは、JENメンバーをはじめ、経済同友会やG7、G20といった政府間会議参加者、スタートアップ起業家らが参加。オランダからは、Women Bizzに所属する女性経営者・起業家の代表団が来日しました。
パネルディスカッションやグループセッションを通じて、国を超えた共通のチャレンジや可能性について深く語り合いました。JENメンバーも、パネル登壇やグループセッションでのモデレーターとして参加し、現場の課題と変化の兆しを共有しました。
日々活動する領域も、国も文化も異なりますが、限られた時間の中でこんなにも多くの共感と励ましを分かち合えたことに、強い感動を覚えました。
J-Win Executive ネットワークでは、今後も多様性から生まれる新しい価値創造を促進するため、このような国際交流の機会を積極的に創出してまいります。
＼J-Win Executive Network Collaboration Event held at the Dutch Embassy in Japan／
[Event Report]
On October 9, 2025, the event “Empowering Women to Lead & Launch”, co-hosted by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Japan, WomensBizz, and the Japan Women’s Innovative Network (J-Win), was held to promote women’s leadership and innovation.
At the event, diverse female leaders gathered from both Japan and the Netherlands—countries that share similar social challenges such as declining birthrates and labor shortages—to explore and co-create solutions by maximizing the potential of women’s leadership and entrepreneurship.
From Japan, J-Win Executive Members participated alongside representatives from Keizai Doyukai, G7 and G20-related governmental and intergovernmental organizations. From the Netherlands, top female entrepreneurs from WomensBizz joined the discussion. Through breakout group sessions, we deeply shared and reflected on each other’s challenges and possibilities.
J-Win Executive Members also took active roles as panel speakers and session moderators, sharing insights on their own journeys and the systemic challenges they have faced.
Although we come from different sectors and cultures, it was truly moving to witness how much empathy and strength we could exchange in such a short time together.
Lastly but not the least, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Japan and all members of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, whose thoughtful coordination made this impactful event possible.
