多様性から生まれる新たな価値を、人、企業、社会の成長へとつなげる

6月10日（火）、J-Win Executiveネットワーク6月度定例会 および「駐日女性大使招聘イベント」を、会場（紀尾井フォーラム）とオンラインのハイブリッド形式で開催しました。今回は「グローバル」をテーマに、国際的な視点から学びを深める機会となりました。

Executiveネットワークの人気プログラムのひとつである「駐日女性大使メンタリング」では、2024年度の活動報告を実施。メンターを務めていただいた駐日セルビア大使である、アレクサンドラ・コヴァチュ閣下から貴重なビデオメッセージと共に、メンティーたちは、それぞれの大使から学んだことや気づきをExecutiveネットワークのメンバーと共有しました。

また、駐日スウェーデン大使のヴィクトリア・リー閣下とのトーキングセッションでは、「Cultural Shifts and Inclusive Leadership: A Dialogue on Social Transformation（社会変革を受け入れる力、生む力とインクルーシブ・リーダーシップ）」をテーマに、

1. 異文化環境におけるコミュニケーションと信頼構築
2. 価値観のギャップを乗り越える対話と調整力
3. 社会変革を受け入れる力、生む力

について話し合われました。

スウェーデンでは、ジェンダー平等の考え方が普及しライフスタイルや社会の仕組みを変えるまでに約50年という長い時間がかかった。相手を尊重し、対話を重ね、傾聴を大切にすることが最も重要である。という貴重なメッセージを、ご自身の体験を通してお話しいただきました。

会場には、リー大使の他、駐日スウェーデン大使館およびスウェーデン企業の役員の皆様にもお越しいただき、意見交換を行い、Executiveネットワークが掲げる今年の目標「社会的インパクト」に関連した活発な議論が交わされました。

＼2025 J-Win Executive Network June Monthly Meeting and Special Event Featuring Female Ambassadors to Japan／

[Event Report]

On Tuesday, June 10, the J-Win Executive Network held its June monthly meeting along with a special event inviting female ambassadors to Japan.
The event was conducted in a hybrid format, both in person at the Kioi Forum and online. With the theme of “Global Perspectives,” it served as a valuable opportunity to deepen learning from an international viewpoint.
One of the most popular programs of the Executive Network, the Female Ambassadors to Japan Mentoring Program, featured a report on its activities for fiscal year 2024.
Mentees shared the insights and learnings they gained from their respective mentors with other network members. We were honored to receive a special video message from Her Excellency Ms. Aleksandra Kovač, Ambassador of Serbia to Japan, who served as one of the mentors.
In the talking session with Her Excellency Ms. Victoria Li, Ambassador of Sweden to Japan, a rich dialogue was held under the theme:
“Cultural Shifts and Inclusive Leadership: A Dialogue on Social Transformation.”
The discussion focused on the following key topics:

1. Building trust and communication in multicultural environments
2. Dialogue and negotiation skills to bridge value gaps
3. The power to embrace and drive social transformation

Ambassador Li shared a powerful message drawn from her own experiences, noting that it took Sweden approximately 50 years for the concept of gender equality to become ingrained enough to influence lifestyle and social systems. She emphasized that the most important elements are respect for others, continuous dialogue, and the value of active listening.
In addition to Ambassador Li, representatives from the Embassy of Sweden in Japan and executives from Swedish companies were also present at the venue. They actively participated in discussions and exchanged views, contributing to a dynamic conversation aligned with this year’s Executive Network goal: “Creating Social Impact.”
